Order Verification
- Our internal payment system reviews all orders and automatically flags any orders that require verification. - Orders within 48 hours of each session will be fast tracked through our system. There is no need to contact us about the delivery of your order. Our team will be working behind the scenes to process your order and dispatch your tickets to the same email address used when placing your order.

- What does my ticket include?

- Where is the umpire's chair located?
- The umpire’s chair is located on the western side of each court.
Session Day Information
- For smooth entry, ensure you have your barcoded ticket printed or easily accessible on your phone.
- It is recommended that you allow plenty of time to get to the venue for parking or potential public transport delays. In addition to this, you must ensure belongings align with the specific venues entry requirements.
Entry Information and Restrictions
- The following items are permitted, subject to security checks on arrival at the AO and may be subject to special conditions if appropriate for safety reasons:

- non-alcoholic beverages or drink bottles in plastic (no larger than 1.5L);
- food, in permissible packaging, including baby food;
- plastic or paper cutlery only;
- deodorant and perfume;
- medicine;
- selfie sticks; and
- umbrellas
- No alcohol, chairs, stools, tennis racquets, inflatable devices, cameras, eskies, hampers, large containers in excess of 1.5L, glass, cans, flags/banners, non-service animals, whistles, drones, flares/fireworks, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller blades or roller skates are permitted.
