Ticket Delivery Information

Tickets can be sent in three different formats: E-tickets, Mobile Ticket Transfer or Australia Post.

Event organisers tend to release tickets in the weeks leading up to an event, sometimes even just a few days beforehand. As soon as your tickets are available, we will notify you via email.

On your purchase confirmation email, it will state the delivery method of your tickets.

E-Tickets

When your e-tickets are ready to download, you will receive an email from us with the link to download them. After clicking on the link, you can view the tickets and print them or download/save them as a PDF.

When your e-tickets are available, they can also be downloaded from My Account.

Mobile Ticket / TT Mobile

When your mobile tickets are ready, you will receive an email from us with the links to open the tickets. After clicking on the link, you can view the tickets on your mobile device, print them or download/save them as a PDF.

Mobile Ticket Transfer

Mobile Ticket Transfer is a convenient and secure digital ticketing system. You will receive an email from either Ticketmaster or Ticket Merchant when your Mobile Tickets are available.

Please follow the instructions in this email to accept your Mobile Ticket Transfer. For further information on Mobile Tickets, please visit this page.

Australia Post

Hard copy tickets will be sent via Australia Post. Once tickets have been posted, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.
