Known as one of the biggest punk, rock and metal festivals in Australia, Good things will be back in 2026. Below we have provided our dream lineup (and predictions) of which artists and bands we think will be headlining Good Things Fest 2026.

 

 

 

1. My Chemical Romance

 

My Chemical Romance is at the top of our list. After their reunion in 2019, Australia has been waiting for their return. We think the Good Things Festival would be the perfect place.

 

2. System of a Down

 

US based metal band, System of a Down,  is another potential for the Good Things Festival lineup. They have previously performed in Australia in 2012 for the Soundwave Festival.



3. Nine Inch Nails

 

Rumours are swirling that Nine Inch Nails could be headlining Good Things this year. It has also been ages since their last Australian appearance and fans are eagerly waiting.

 

4. Queens of the Stone Age

 

After last touring Australia in only 2024, Queens of the Stone Age sold out their headline shows across the country. We wouldn’t be surprised if they returned again given their previous tours success. 

 

5. Spiritbox

 

Canadian metal band Spiritbox is another one on our list of who we would like to see perform at Good Things Fest 2026.

 

6. Sleep Token

 

There are rumours that Sleep Token could be taking one of the headlining spots at the festival. We are hoping that this is the case so we can see ‘The Summoning’ live.

 

7. Knocked Loose

 

Punk band, Knocked Loose, recently released a brand new song with Denzel Curry titled ‘Hive Mind’. We think an appearance at the festival from the British band would be insane.

 

8. Amyl and the Sniffers

 

After the cancellation of Amyl and the Sniffers free Fed Square show, fans would love nothing more than to see the band live once again.

 

9. Limp Bizkit

 

Limp Bizkit were last in Australia for the Good Things Festival in 2023. We think it's highly likely that they will return for the festival once again

 

10. Alexisonfire

 

Alexisonfire only toured the country recently in 2025, however fans are ready for the Canadian hardcore band to return once again.

 

11. Bilmuri

 

Bilmuri toured Australia recently (in June 2025) for their debut Australian Tour. We are hoping we left a good enough impression on him to want to come back only a year later
