Day6 (Korean: 데이식스; stylized in all caps) is a South Korean pop rock band under JYP Entertainment. The group made its debut on September 7, 2015, with the EP *The Day*, which quickly rose to No. 2 on Billboard’s World Album Chart. Initially a six-member band, Day6 now consists of four members: Sungjin, Young K, Wonpil, and Dowoon. Junhyeok left the group in February 2016, followed by Jae's departure in December 2021. All members actively contribute to writing, composing, and producing their music.

In 2017, Day6 launched the *Every Day6* project, releasing two songs each month, totaling 25 tracks by the year’s end. The project showcased various genres, from hard rock and upbeat anthems to heartfelt ballads. Their first full-length album, *Sunrise*, featured songs from the early part of *Every Day6* and was ranked No. 14 on Billboard’s "The 25 Greatest K-Pop Albums of the 2010s." The project's opening track, "I Wait," also earned a spot at No. 81 on Billboard’s "The 100 Greatest K-Pop Songs of the 2010s."
