Presented by See You Sunday Inc, American Psycho - A Musical Thriller will run for six performances at the Powerhouse Theatre, Brisbane Powerhouse, New Farm, from 4 to 13 February 2027. Written by Tony Award-winner and Grammy-nominated composer Duncan Sheik (music and lyrics) and Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa (book), the production reimagines Patrick Bateman's descent into obsession and violence as a razor-sharp musical satire of 1980s excess.

With its striking visuals, dark humour and pulsing score, American Psycho has developed a cult following since its stage debut, and its Brisbane season offers local audiences a rare chance to experience the show live. Fans of theatre, musical thrillers and the original film and novel alike are expected to turn out in strong numbers across the six-show run.
